We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Motorhome Sales Executive to join a busy and growing motorhome dealership in Stourbridge. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the expanding leisure vehicle industry, helping customers find the perfect motorhome for their adventures.

Based at our Stourbridge showroom, you will work directly with customers who are looking to purchase motorhomes, providing expert advice and guiding them through the buying journey from the initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.



Role Details

• Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Full-time position

• Saturdays compulsory

• One weekday off

• £20,000 basic salary

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £42,000

• Birthday off

• Commission structure with strong earning potential

• As a Motorhome Sales Executive, you will:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom

• Respond to customer enquiries and guide them through available stock

• Demonstrate motorhomes and explain their features and benefits

• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process

• Manage leads and follow up with potential buyers

• Work towards monthly sales targets

• No cold calling – all enquiries are warm leads or showroom visitors

• Customer-facing role selling high-value leisure vehicles

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

• Target-driven with a positive attitude

• Strong organisation and follow-up skills

• An interest in motorhomes, camping, or the leisure industry would be beneficial
