This role involves delivering high-quality training and assessment to motorcycle apprentices, helping develop the next generation of skilled technicians. Key Responsibilities: Deliver theoretical and practical motorcycle maintenance, diagnosis and repair training in both classroom and workshop environments. Assess learner competence and provide regular progress feedback. Prepare training materials, workshops and learning resources. Support apprentice welfare, safeguarding and individual learning needs. Maintain training equipment, tools and vehicles to a high standard. Deliver virtual training sessions when required. Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
