Motorcycle Trainer

Apprentice Trainer (Motorcycle) Location: Bracknell, Berkshire An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Motorcycle Technician or Trainer to join a leading automotive apprenticeship provider. This role involves delivering high-quality training and assessment to motorcycle apprentices, helping develop the next generation of skilled technicians. Key Responsibilities: Deliver theoretical and practical motorcycle maintenance, diagnosis and repair training in both classroom and workshop environments. Assess learner competence and provide regular progress feedback. Prepare training materials, workshops and learning resources. Support apprentice welfare, safeguarding and individual learning needs. Maintain training equipment, tools and vehicles to a high standard. Deliver virtual training sessions when required. Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams, employers and stakeholders to support apprentice success. Requirements: Level 3 Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair qualification (or equivalent). Full UK Manual Driving Licence. Strong technical knowledge of motorcycle diagnostics, maintenance and repair. Excellent communication, mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to manage learner behaviour and adapt training to different learning styles. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
