Motorcycle Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven New/Used Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our client''s reputable motorcycle dealership in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual looking to advance their career within a prominent brand in the motor trade industry.

• Starting basic salary of -21,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Duties of the Motorcycle Sales Executive:

• Sell new and used motorcycles, additional accessories, finance, insurance products, and warranties
• Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently
• Keep customers informed throughout the delivery process and advise on potential delays
• Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently
• Collect payments and ensure all financial transactions are completed prior to bike handover
• Explain warranty, servicing, and maintenance options
• Introduce customers to the Aftersales, Clothing, and Accessories departments
• Demonstrate motorcycle features and benefits
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements of the Motorcycle Sales Executive:

• Previous experience in automotive vehicle sales, ideally within motorcycle sales, as a-Motorcycle Sales Executive is highly desirable
• Strong customer service and sales background outside the motor trade considered
• Passion for motorcycles and two-wheel products
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, results-driven attitude with a customer-centric approach
• A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is preferred but not essential
• Genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles and motorcycling culture
