This role is ideal for someone who has worked within the motor vehicle sector and has experience supporting or tutoring learners.The ideal candidate will: Have experience working within the motor vehicle industry.Have previous teaching, tutoring or training experience.Be confident delivering practical and theory-based motor vehicle sessions.Have the ability to engage and motivate young people with SEMH/SEND needs.Build positive relationships and support students personal and vocational development.
