Motor Vehicle TechnicianIndependant Workshop - Birkenhead Due to increased demand, we now have a vacancy for a vehicle technician in our client''s independent professional workshop in BirkenheadYou will play a key part in a small team, and be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest of standards that our customers expect.The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am-17.30pm.Salary : earn up to 40,000 per annum.Role and ResponsibilitiesExperience in a professional workshop environment.Good workmanship a priority and first time fix.A good approach to customer service.Maintain high standards of housekeeping.Servicing, Repair and Diagnostic skills of a high standard are required for this position, including stripping, fitting and replacing components on all makes of vehicles.The ability to accurately record information on the relevant job cards.Applicants must use their initiative, be proactive in their approach to how their workload is managed.Have excellent communications skills to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.Full valid UK license.Own tools required.Time served within main dealer or quality independent garage.NVQ Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification as a minimum.MOT license an advantage but not essential.This is a great opportunity to work within a successful growing business that rewards success and hard work.Sound of interest?
