This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional or qualified lecturer who is passionate about developing the next generation of motor vehicle technicians.You will deliver engaging and practical teaching across Motor Vehicle programmes from Level 1 to Level 3, helping learners develop the technical knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours required for a successful career in the automotive industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality teaching and practical workshops across Motor Vehicle programmes (Levels 1-3).Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet awarding body requirements.Assess learner progress through practical observations, assignments and examinations.Provide timely, constructive feedback and support learners to achieve their full potential.Maintain accurate learner records, attendance and assessment documentation.Support learners with tutorials, pastoral care and progression planning.Ensure workshop environments comply with health and safety regulations.Maintain and develop industry-standard practical resources and equipment.Participate in curriculum development, quality improvement activities and departmental meetings.Build ..... full job details .....
