About the Role As an Automotive Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and practical lessons across a range of automotive programmes, supporting learners to develop the technical skills, knowledge, and behaviours required for successful careers in the motor vehicle industry. You will plan and deliver high-quality teaching, assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching across automotive programmes. Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements. Support learners to achieve their qualifications and career aspirations. Maintain accurate learner records and monitor attendance and progress.
