As Course Leader, you will provide academic leadership across Motor Vehicle programmes, ensuring outstanding curriculum delivery, high-quality teaching, and excellent learner outcomes.The RoleReporting into the curriculum management team, you will provide the first level of leadership for Motor Vehicle programmes, ensuring teaching remains engaging, relevant and aligned with awarding body requirements and current industry standards.You will take ownership of your courses, supporting teaching staff, monitoring quality, and driving continuous improvement to deliver an outstanding learner experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the delivery of Motor Vehicle programmes, ensuring curriculum content remains current and industry relevant.Develop and review schemes of work and learning resources to enhance teaching and learning.Drive improvements in student retention, achievement, attendance and progression.Monitor the quality of teaching, learning and assessment (TLA) across your courses.Complete course-level Self-Assessment Reports (SAR) and maintain Quality Improvement Plans (QIP). ..... full job details .....
