The Role As a Motor Vehicle Assessor you will: Visiting apprentices in their workplaces to observe practical competence and assess their performance against apprenticeship standards. Conducting progress reviews with apprentices and employers to monitor development and set clear action plans. Supporting apprentices to build and maintain their evidence portfolios using the OneFile e-portfolio system (or a similar platform). Assessing workplace evidence through observations, professional discussions, witness testimonies and questioning. Providing constructive feedback and coaching to help apprentices improve their skills and remain on track. Ensuring apprentices are fully prepared for their End-Point Assessment (EPA).
