The Technical Supervisor will work directly with the Technical Manager, the Business Unit Director and our Lead Lawyers and will be responsible for the supervision, mentoring and coaching of individual Counter Fraud file handlers. They will be responsible for supporting the handlers in delivering the best possible outcome for clients whilst also ensuring cases are progressed in a robust, strategic manner. The Technical Supervisor will be expected to drive best practice in file handling and to drive policies and strategies to support the technical progression of the file handler and help to achieve technical excellence within the Counter Fraud department.
