The Role As a Motor Fleet Account Handler, you''ll support the management of a portfolio of new and existing commercial clients, specialising in fleet and multi-vehicle insurance. Acting as a key point of contact, you''ll provide expert policy administration, process mid-term adjustments, respond to client enquiries and ensure every customer receives tailored support that meets their business needs. Working closely with fleet managers, insurers and internal colleagues, you''ll help deliver a seamless client experience while building long-term relationships based on trust and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Support the onboarding and ongoing management of fleet, multi-vehicle and commercial motor insurance clients. Handle day-to-day client and insurer enquiries via telephone and email, providing accurate and timely solutions.
