OverviewWe are looking for postgraduates with Chinese language skills from motor, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or related fields to join our design team in Guangdong, China.
Responsibilities
Design and develop products according to the project plan, technical specifications, and customer requirements, and formulate preliminary process specifications.
Design and test motors.
Develop motor and product testing plans and performance evaluations.
Monitor the progress of new product mass production in the early stages and resolve technical issues related to motor parts and processes during production.
Improve and enhance motor technology to reduce manufacturing costs.
Assist the sales department in communicating product-related information and design changes with customers.
Revise and improve the standards related to the company''s motor products.
Requirements
Master''s degree or above in motor, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or related fields; fresh graduate or postgraduate with 1-2 years of motor-related experience are welcome.
Familiarity with motor/mechanical principles and the selection of mechanical materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Maxwell, and Office software.
Fluency in both Chinese and English.
