This role offers the opportunity to work closely with systems, hardware, and embedded software teams to deliver robust, production ready electric motor control solutions. The Motor Control Software Engineer (Matlab / Simulink) will: Develop motor control algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink for electric drive applications. Design, model, and tune control strategies for PMSM, BLDC, and induction motors. Implement and validate key control functions including FOC, torque, speed, and current control. Conduct modelling and simulation of motor and inverter behaviour to support design decisions. Support integration of model based designs into embedded software environments. Participate in testing, calibration, and validation activities across SIL, MIL, HIL, dyno, and vehicle environments.
