Motor Claims Intervention Team LeaderSalary: Up to £40,000 (DOE) + bonusBonus: Quarterly management performance-related bonus of up to 15% of annual salaryLocation: Fully Remote with monthly meetings in South East England area Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday plus 1 Saturday every 4 weeksShift Pattern: Varied shift patterns ranging between the hours of 8am - 8pm For this role you must have proven experience leading a customer-focused motor claims: intervention, capture or contact-centre team in a target-driven environment. Whilst it is a fully remote role, the company would expect you to lead/attend monthly meet ups with your team. This will beonce a month in the South East UK.
