This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong motor claims experience who enjoys managing their own caseload while delivering exceptional customer service. Details: As a Motor Claims Handler, you will manage a diverse portfolio of motor claims, including first-party, third-party, and property damage. You will work independently while being supported by a wider team, ensuring each claim progresses smoothly and efficiently. You''ll liaise with customers, insurers, accident management companies, and other key stakeholders, taking ownership of both straightforward and more complex cases, including disputes, recoveries, and potential fraud referrals. This role also offers the opportunity to broaden your expertise through training, qualifications, and exposure to specialist insurance claims.
