A business seeks an Occupational Health Adviser with Motor / Automotive experience to work at their site in Northamptonshire. The role involves 60% case management and 40% wellbeing. This is a newly created role, with the candidate responsible for setting up a brand-new wellbeing programme. You should be a dynamic worker capable of managing both aspects of the role.Our client is interested in applications from experienced OHAs with an OH qualification and broad experience in OHA practice, particularly sickness absence and wellbeing. A UK driving licence and own car are required. Part 3 of the NMC register is beneficial but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, qualified OHA to take on a new challenge within a large, well-respected business in Northamptonshire.Skills
