Motion Designer and Content Creator – Paid MediaDNA Recruit is working with a forward-thinking fashion and lifestyle brand, deeply rooted in sneaker culture, expanding its creative team. They’re looking for a Motion Designer and Content Creator who can produce high-performing video ads and content tailored for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. This role blends creative flair with performance know-how to create scroll-stopping ads, design platform-native content, and collaborate with the Paid Media and Creative teams to drive measurable results. Responsibilities
Edit engaging video ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Display – optimized for clarity, attention, and conversion
Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and animations to elevate creative impact
Contribute to storyboarding, hooks, pacing, and funnel-stage ad creative
Capture original content including UGC-style clips, lifestyle B-roll, and product shots
Repurpose and localise creative across formats, audiences, and platforms
Develop multiple creative variants for A/B testing and iteration
Stay on top of paid media trends, competitor activity, and best-in-class ad creative
Maintain an evolving creative library of assets and research material
Skills and Experience
2+ years’ experience in video editing and/or motion design and paid media
Portfolio showcasing performance-driven ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Strong grasp of direct-response creative – from hook to CTA – with the ability to tailor content to different funnel stages
Hands-on content capture skills (camera and mobile) for use in paid formats
Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
Experience with creative iteration and A/B testing based on performance insights
Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple briefs and deadlines
Curious, proactive, and trend-aware, with a collaborative approach
Bonus: knowledge of ad platforms or creative research tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Creative Center, Motion)

Salary
£26k to £30k + bonus
