We are passionate about our values, and we’re looking for delivery demonstratorswho share the same energy and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Day in the life of an Motability Account Manager:Manage own case load of requests for hire, working with our Customers to source hires and arrange delivery within required SLA requirements.Deliver a high-class customer service in all aspects of your work.Exceptional communication skills and previous customer service experience of working within a telephony environment is essential.Extensive knowledge of WAV and Vehicle Adaptations.Ability to multi-task and deal with several actions/ cases simultaneously.Liaise directly with Branches and Regional Branch Managers to support supply and delivery of a hire vehicle to all customers.Updating the customers file with relevant information using the bespoke Company system.Ability to identify specific customer needs and source a suitable vehicle which promotes a supportive but not overindulgent approach.Co-ordinating the deliveries and collections of vehicles to ensure effective use of Proximo Fleet and the best use of our resource.Daily bulk sourcing, reviewing all unarranged files and SLA fails as they arise.Maximise SLA Performance.Assist Motability Technical Specialist / Project Lead with all aspects of vehicle sourcing and offeringBenefits
