Qualified MOT Tester Location: OX10 Hours: Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS) Job Type: Permanent, Full-time The Role We are recruiting for an experienced and fully qualified MOT Tester to join a professional and well-established automotive business. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing MOT tests accurately, efficiently and in accordance with current DVSA regulations. Key Responsibilities Conduct Class 4 MOT tests in line with current DVSA standards and regulations. Accurately identify and record vehicle defects, advisories and failures. Complete all required MOT documentation and update the relevant systems. Maintain consistently high standards of safety, quality and compliance. Clearly explain MOT results and any recommended work to customers and colleagues. Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs where required. Ensure all tools and testing equipment are used correctly and maintained appropriately. Keep the MOT testing bay and workshop clean, safe and organised. Work effectively with technicians, service advisors and other team members. Remain up to date with changes to MOT regulations and industry standards.
