You will have a vehicle mechanics background and be qualified to test Class 4 vehicles; training will be provided for class 1, 2, 5 and 7 vehicles thereafter. Main Responsibilities In the role of MOT tester, you will strictly adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures within a vehicle mechanics environment, including use of appropriate protective clothing and PPE. You will ensure that all MOT testing is carried out within our responsibility and untake MOTs with full regard for the safety of visitors, other members of staff and yourself.
