This is a great opportunity for a skilled Mechanic who enjoys a hands-on role and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. You''ll be working on a variety of vehicles, carrying out MOTs, diagnostics, servicing and repairs within a friendly and supportive workshop environment. The Role As an MOT Tester / Mechanic, your duties will include: Carrying out MOT tests in line with current DVSA standards. Inspecting vehicles and accurately diagnosing mechanical faults. Completing servicing, maintenance and repairs. Carrying out brake, suspension and general mechanical repairs. Using diagnostic equipment, hand tools and power tools. Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Keeping accurate records of MOTs, inspections and repairs. Advising customers on any additional work or repairs required.
