Basic Salary: £30,000 - £36,000. OTE: £40,000 - £46,000.

What They''re Looking For

A fully qualified MOT Tester with a valid MOT Testing Licence.

A skilled Technician with experience in servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

A strong focus on customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with confidence and trust.

Responsibilities

Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards.

Complete servicing, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard.

Provide clear, honest advice to customers, building strong long-term relationships.

Support the wider team to deliver quality, value, and exceptional customer care.
