Our client, a reputable Volume Main Dealer in Indian Queens, is seeking a skilled MOT Technician to join their busy and professional team. Duties of the Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester role:

• Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and routine servicing following manufacturer standards
• Perform MOT testing for qualified Technicians or support in training towards obtaining an MOT licence
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through precision workmanship
• Complete repairs and servicing within established timeframes
• Keep detailed and accurate service records in accordance with company procedures
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet workshop targets
• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times

Requirements for the MOT Technician position:

• Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester in a busy workshop environment
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, complemented by technical competence
• Full UK driving licence; personnel-with problematic convictions should be avoided.
• Possession of an MOT certification or willingness to undertake training to achieve MOT licence
• Capable of working efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills
• Motivation to enhance skills and progress within the automotive industry
