MOT Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable independent garage centre located in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, for the position of MOT Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to join a well-established workshop. Benefits for the MOT Technician: Salary up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience Competitive hourly rates for qualified technicians Monday to Thursday, 8.30am 6.00pm; Friday, 8.30am 5.30pm Mixture of servicing, diagnostics, and MOT repairs Supportive, independent garage environment 21 days holiday plus bank holidays Ongoing training and development opportunities Duties of the MOT Technician: Conduct vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics Perform Class 4 and 7 MOT testing in accordance with DVSA regulations Complete work to manufacturer standards and within allocated timeframes Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship Maintain professionalism and uphold the garage s good reputation Requirements of the MOT Technician: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification Valid Class 4 and 7 MOT license Full UK Driving Licence Proven experience in vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team Motivated to develop technical skills and knowledge This MOT Technician role is ideal for a proactive, confident individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for automotive excellence. ..... full job details .....
