Apply with us today! Duties and Responsibilities of an Service Advisor: Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out. Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle. Cross selling customer repairs and parts. Advising on technical queries or issues. Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the service department. Dealing with administrative tasks and invoices. Your Background and Skill: Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred. Well-presented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to build rapport and upsell work to the customer. Excellent communication skills. Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not a must.
