Mosaic Trainer 3-Month Rolling Contract Hybrid Working Available Competitive Daily Rate Aatom Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Mosaic Trainer to work on behalf of a Local Authority on a 3-month rolling contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within Wokingham Borough Council''s Children''s Mosaic Improvement Programme, supporting the successful delivery and adoption of system and practice improvements across Children''s Services. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programmes that enable staff to confidently utilise new Mosaic workflows, system functionality, and recording practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver tailored Mosaic training to Children''s Services staff at all levels. Design and maintain training materials, user guides, quick reference documents, and e-learning resources. Undertake training needs analysis to identify learning requirements across service areas. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), operational leads, and project teams to ensure training content aligns with service requirements and statutory responsibilities. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), early adopter groups, workshops, drop-in sessions, and go-live activities. Update training materials in line with system developments and user feedback.
