Mortgage Sales Manager Employed £50000 to £55,000 + bonus Gloucester and Worcester We are looking for an experienced mortgage sales manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the mortgage advisor team. You will manage the team''s productivity, maintain key relationships, and provide technical and sales support to mortgage advisors. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a mortgage sales manager, financial services manager, or a similar leadership role. Strong leadership and people management skills. In-depth knowledge of mortgages, financial services, sales processes, and industry regulations. Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively. Strong communication, presentation, and coaching abilities. Familiarity with KPI management and the ability to identify areas for improvement. £50k Salary + profit share bonus £4800 Annual Car Allowance 38 Days holiday (inclusive of BH) Pension Contribution Team Management: Oversee mortgage advisor activity and productivity levels.
