Duties and responsibilities of the Mortgage Sales Manager will include (but are not limited to): Managing of a team of 4/5 mortgage advisors and administrators. Monitor performance against targets for members of the team, including assessing workflows, processes, training needs, and development. Continue to lead by example through transacting end-to-end mortgage applications from inception to completion.
