Guiding new recruits through onboarding, support experienced advisors to reach new heights, and ensure the TandC framework is delivered to the highest standard - all while helping to continue to grow a high-performing, customer-focused Financial Services business. The Performance Development Package: Salary £42,500pa Performance bonus of £2,500pa Car £4,000pa car allowance Essential: Full UK driving license Location: Covering branches across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire Work Pattern: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday: 08.30 start, Saturday: 09.00 start), office-based with travel across a wide geographical area, regular evening work, occasional weekends, and occasional working from home.
