We''re recruiting for a Mortgage Paraplanner to join an established independent mortgage brokerage in the Hertford area. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual who is keen to develop their knowledge of the mortgage and property market within a supportive and professional environment. The Role As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will: Speak with clients and support them throughout the mortgage process Advise on product transfer rates and suitable options Complete mortgage applications accurately and efficiently Liaise closely with Mortgage Advisors to progress cases Update client records and maintain accurate documentation Prioritise workloads and ensure deadlines are consistently met Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout Mortgage Paraplanner Requirements Keen interest in mortgages and the property market Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of mortgages/property market (advantageous but not essential) Professional, reliable, and proactive approach What''s on Offer? £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary 24 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Free parking Office-based role within a supportive brokerage environment Working ..... full job details .....
