Mortgage Operations Manager (Case Handler) Location: Hove - Office based Hours: Full-Time Mon-Fri 9am 17.30 Salary £28k - £32k DOE plus company benefits and a discretionary quarterly bonus following successful completion of a six-month probation period Are you an experienced mortgage case handler who enjoys keeping applications moving, solving problems and making an adviser''s working day more effective? Our client is a small, whole-of-market mortgage brokerage in Hove seeking someone to work closely with its Director and Mortgage Adviser. You''ll be their trusted right hand: taking ownership of cases from submission to completion, keeping clients informed and helping create the capacity for the adviser to write more business. This is an important hire for a growing business. Your contribution will be visible, and strong results will be recognised through a discretionary quarterly bonus after probation. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of mortgage applications from submission through to completion Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to progress applications efficiently Preparing and submitting mortgage and protection cases, ensuring all documentation meets lender criteria Uploading applications onto lender portals and maintaining accurate records on the CRM system Reviewing client documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with FCA regulations Providing regular updates to clients, ensuring a smooth and transparent customer ..... full job details .....
