Job Title: Mortgage Case ManagerLocation: AbergavennySalary: Circa 25,000 to 30,000 depending on experienceHours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.00 pmBenefits:10% PensionGroup Annual Bonus of up to 10% (subject to group/individual performance)25 days holiday plus bank and public holidaysX4 death in serviceStaff Mortgage SchemeAbout the position of Mortgage Case Manager:We are recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Case Manager (CeMAP essential) to join a growing financial services organisation.Working closely with the underwriting team, you will manage and progress complex mortgage cases from submission through to decision, requiring recent experience in mortgage processing or case management within specialist or complex lending.This role offers exposure to underwriting and wider lending activity, with potential longer-term development within the broader function for strong performers.Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Case Manager:Process mortgage applications from receipt through to underwriting submissionAssess applications to ensure lending criteria and documentation requirements are metReview income, affordability, credit history and property detailsLiaise with customers, intermediaries, solicitors and internal teams to progress casesSupport the Business Development Manager (BDM) with day-to-day case handlingMaintain accurate case records using internal systemsEnsure compliance with all lending, regulatory and legal requirementsExperience and skills required for the ..... full job details .....
