If you''re highly organised, enjoy helping people, can juggle multiple tasks and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we''d love to hear from you.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and regular communication throughout the process.Your responsibilities will include:Acting as the main point of contact for clients once their mortgage application has been submitted.Contacting clients within 24 hours of application submission.Chasing lenders, solicitors and third parties for updates.Keeping clients and advisers updated throughout the mortgage process.Obtaining and reviewing outstanding documentation.Managing cases through workflow stages within our CRM system.Reviewing mortgage offers and ensuring details are accurate.Proactively resolving issues and helping to keep cases moving.Maintaining accurate records and case ..... full job details .....
