Due to further business expansion our client is looking to recruit a Self-Employed Mortgage Broker to join the business. Role Home or office based, please note, applicants must be living in the South of England. Working with the existing team you will work as a Mortgage Broker to assess clients’ financial circumstances and discuss their mortgage needs and objectives. Research and compare mortgage products from available lenders. Explain options, eligibility criteria and application requirements clearly. Prepare and submit applications, liaising with clients, lenders and relevant professionals. Track applications, request outstanding information and keep records up to date. Ability to build a strong relationship with the Branch team. Servicing new and existing clients, you will assist customers through the Mortgage process offering expert advice on products that will meet the customers requirements.
