Mortgage and Protection Manager

Advert: My client are looking for an experienced Senior Mortgage and Protection Case Manager to take full ownership of mortgage and protection applications from submission through to completion, managing clients, lenders, solicitors and advisers while ensuring every case is proactively progressed, accurately documented and delivered to the highest possible standard. My client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Case Manager to join the growing team. You will support three advisers alongside another case handler. The ideal candidate will be organised, motivated and have great attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Case Management Mortgage Application Management Protection Case Management Lender and Provider Liaison Case Progression and Pipeline Management Client, Introducer, Solicitor Communication Great understanding of Underwriting and Lender Requirements Strong Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge Quality Control and Attention to Detail Complex Case Management Problem Solving and Case Resolution Process Improvement Training and Mentoring Junior Team Members Client Service and Relationship Management Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience: Significant Mortgage Industry Experience Full and Strong Understanding of the Mortgage Process ..... full job details .....
