You will be joining a business that has grown through repeat clients, referrals and carefully invested lead generation rather than high volume sales. This is not a desk based or call centre environment. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will manage clients end to end, supported by modern systems, strong infrastructure and a collaborative wider team, while being trusted to operate with a high level of autonomy. This Mortgage Adviser job will suit advisers who are comfortable operating independently, but who value the support, lead generation and ethical framework of an established firm. You will balance your own client relationships and introducers with company generated leads already being produced in the Brighton area.
