This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who enjoys working closely with estate agency teams and providing customers with clear, high-quality mortgage advice. All leads will be supplied through the company''s estate agency relationships, giving you an established flow of customers and the opportunity to focus on advising, converting business and delivering an excellent service. Key responsibilities Providing suitable mortgage advice to new and existing customers Managing mortgage applications from the initial appointment through to completion Responding promptly to leads and referrals supplied by estate agency branches Building productive relationships with estate agency colleagues Conducting customer appointments in branches, at head office and remotely Maintaining regular contact with customers throughout the mortgage journey Managing an active pipeline and progressing applications efficiently Keeping accurate customer and compliance records Meeting all relevant regulatory and quality standards Delivering consistently high levels of customer service About you Hold CeMAP or an ..... full job details .....
