Mortgage and Protection Adviser Mortgage Advice BureauLocation: Paignton, DevonWorking pattern: Primarily office-based, with flexibilityEmployment options: Employed or self-employedSalary: £28,000-£33,000, depending on experience, plus commission The opportunityThe Mortgage Cube is looking for an ambitious Mortgage Adviser or Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join its friendly and growing team in Paignton. Established in 2020, the business has developed a strong client bank and a consistent flow of new enquiries. The successful adviser will benefit from existing clients, inbound enquiries and estate agency referrals, while also having the opportunity to develop their own relationships and generate new business. This position could suit either a CeMAP-qualified trainee looking to achieve Competent Adviser Status or an experienced adviser seeking their next opportunity. An employed arrangement is preferred, although self-employed applicants will also be considered. There may also be an opportunity to begin on an employed basis before moving to self-employed terms once a strong pipeline has been established.
