Mortgage Advisor

Starting salary neg. £33, -40,000 

Realistic OTE £65,000 (Uncapped) 

Our client is an Independent Financial Advice (IFA) firm provding clients with an holsitc apprach within retirement planning, investments, mortgages, equity release and protection.

As part of their contiuned growth they are seeking to appoint an experienced mortgage and 

protection adviser to work remotely working from qualified appointments generated in house 

mainly from their existing client base.

The company will on average provide two fact-finding appointments per day to you. These appointments are vetted by their expereienced outbound team before being added to your schedule. 

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria.

• Hold for Cemap or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 12 years experience within whole of market advising and have experience of advising virtually. (CAS is desired but not essential) 
• Able to work within a fast-paced environemt, typically writing around twenty cases per month. 
• You will possess a proven track record of writing quality mortgage & protection business together with a genuine desire to achieve a significant income.

The client has a substantial client bank and is also actively marketing new leads for their mortgage team. They have a highly professional proven vetting process geared to ensuring the appointments they provide you with are of the highest quality.
