The Role As a Mortgage Advisor at Kind Wealth, you will provide regulated mortgage and protection advice that is compliant, client-centred, and commercially disciplined. The role requires a strong understanding of the mortgage and protection markets, regulatory requirements, and the ability to deliver tailored advice that helps clients achieve their property goals. You will manage clients end-to-end - from initial discovery through recommendation, submission, and completion - building trusted relationships and delivering outcomes that stand the test of time. Whilst self-generation of leads is encouraged, you will also be responsible for effectively converting opportunities generated through Kind Wealth s partnerships with affinity introducers. We are looking for advisers who value professionalism over pressure, alignment over shortcuts, and long-term client relationships over short-term transactions.
