This is an excellent opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Adviser with a proven track record in mortgage sales. You will take ownership of customer relationships throughout the full mortgage journey, from initial enquiry through to completion, providing tailored and compliant advice while identifying relevant protection and insurance needs. The Role:Provide professional, compliant mortgage advice to customers.Manage mortgage cases from initial enquiry through to completion.Research the market and recommend suitable mortgage products based on individual customer circumstances.Identify and advise on appropriate protection and insurance requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and professional introducers.Maintain accurate and fully compliant customer records.Manage an active pipeline of mortgage applications through to completion.Work towards agreed sales and revenue targets.Deliver a professional, knowledgeable and personable customer experience.Ensure all advice and activity is delivered in line with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
