This is an excellent opportunity to work with a consistent flow of high-quality remortgage leads, including existing clients and online enquiries, within a supportive and structured environment.This role would suit a driven and fully qualified Mortgage Advisor who is confident handling a high-volume pipeline, delivering excellent customer service, and maximising both mortgage and protection opportunities.The RoleAs a Mortgage Advisor, you will:Manage and service an allocated portfolio of existing clientsHandle approximately 15-20 mortgage renewals per month (clients approaching maturity)Contact clients, complete fact-finds, and provide tailored mortgage and protection adviceWork remortgage and inbound leads, including Google Ads enquiries and overflow casesMaintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline progressionLiaise closely with case managers and internal teams to ensure smooth completionsDeliver a high level of customer service throughout the advice processMortgage Advisor Requirements:Fully CeMAP qualifiedProven ability to work in a target-driven, sales-focused environmentStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility ..... full job details .....
