Mortgage Advisor

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our clients, a nationally recognised Estate Agency, who are looking to add to their team in the South Woodford areaThe position will be based in South Woodford with leads provided from the Estate Agency team. Our clients are seeking either an experienced Mortgage Advisor or a Trainee with a minimum of CeMAP 1.The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:Basic Salary £22,000 - £28,000Strong Commission structureOTE £40,000 - £70,000Car allowanceGreat Progression OpportunitiesGuaranteeWorking hours:Full TimeMonday - Friday and alternate Saturdays (with a lieu day provided)Mortgage Advisor requirements:Driven to achieve targets, with the ability to offer excellent customer service.Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.Minimum CeMAP 1Full UK Driving license.Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branchChasing potential leads and generating new businessProviding a high level of service in line with ..... full job details .....
