Key Responsibilities Client Advice and Relationship Management Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client''s financial circumstances and goals. Conduct thorough fact-find assessments to understand client needs. Explain mortgage types, rates, protection products, and associated processes in a clear and accessible manner. Build long-term relationships with clients, estate agents, and other referral partners. Mortgage Process and Compliance Manage the full mortgage process - application, submission, and follow-through to completion. Ensure all recommendations follow regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards. Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation.
