Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion. Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues. Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities. Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets. Skills and Experience Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent). Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
