Mortgage Advisor

The Role Having launched the business in January 2020, we have seen huge demand in assisting customers secure the mortgages they need, due to ongoing growth and demand, we are now recruiting an Mortgage Advisor. In 2025, we sold in excess of 900 properties across our key markets such as Harpenden, St Albans, Welwyn Garden City and Redbourn, Berkhamsted and Hitchin all of which are very affluent areas. We have over 6000 buyers register with us each year. We have also invested in a Client Services Department which processes over 3000 quotes per year in relation to ancillary services we offer such as removals, conveyancing and solicitors. Our Client Services Department and offices across Herts will support our Mortgage Department in lead generation, allowing our mortgage specialists to do what they do best and focus on offering high-quality advice and securing the best mortgages for our HNW customers. This position would be responsible for 3 of our offices (Harpenden, Hitchin and Berkhamstead) Applicant''s Skillset A minimum of 5 years'' experience as a broker Fully ceMAP qualified (or equivalent) Good track record of new business generation Proven track record in volume mortgage sales working with HNW individuals Track record of building relationships and maintaining relationships for years to come Knowledge of the markets we operate in and the demographic of our customer base A driven and ambitious professional who will support us in growing this department ..... full job details .....
