What You''ll Need
- Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in a broker role
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude
- Basic salary between £30,000 - £35,000
- Realistic OTE of £70,000 - £90,000 (based on current team performance)
- Leads provided via estate agency partnerships
- Laptop and phone provided
- Uncapped commission structure
- Flexible and hybrid working after 6 months
