A highly successful and well-regarded Estate Agency are looking to add to their in-house Mortgage Services team and are looking for an ambitious Mortgage Adviser to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Mortgage Adviser:

• Nurturing relationships with the Estate Agency team, providing training and support
• Maximising the opportunity from internal leads
• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Generate your own new business opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Mortgage Adviser:

• CeMAP level 1 minimum, or industry equivalent qualification is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own business appropriate vehicle
• Experience of delivering exceptional results

My client is paying a base salary of up to -28,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be -(phone number removed).
