Our clients, an independent financial practice are looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their team in North London. As a Mortgage Administrator, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of the application process.You serve as the backbone of mortgage operations, managing documentation, verifying client information, and coordinating with lenders and borrowers to facilitate timely approvals. Your attention to detail and expertise in navigating the complexities of mortgage regulations help secure successful outcomes for clients, providing them with a seamless path toward homeownership.The successful candidate will have a passion for the Mortgage industry and is preferred to hold CeMAP 1 qualification but not essential. This opportunity would prefer the successful candidate to have a minimum of two years ofexperience.The successful Mortgage Administrator will be offered:£27,000 - £30,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)Monday to FridayOffice basedCareer progressionMortgage Administrator requirements:Liaising with clients in relation to required documentation and processesCompleting the online fact find with the client documentationCompleting ID checks and running any relevant property reports.Supporting advisers package cases correctlySpeaking to lenders/solicitors and updating clients with their applicationsSupporting clients from submission to completion of their mortgageKey duties for the role of Mortgage Administrator include but will not be limited to:2 year’s experience working in a Mortgage Administrator roleCeMAP 1 is preferred but not essentialExperience using 360 Admin Software (preferred)Excellent customer service and telephone mannerConfidence on the phoneInitiative to get the job done.Excellent administrative SkillsIT LiterateExcellent attention to ..... full job details .....
